The Red Jar of Calythos is one of three magical items that corresponds to the impish brothers known as the Demons Three. A sorcerer named Felix Faust once collected the Wheel, along with the Green Bell of Uthool and the Silver Wheel of Nyorlath and took control of the demons. However, the Justice League of America defeated Faust and the demons were banished. The Red Jar of Calythos aligns with the demon known as Ghast.
