History
The Red Triangle Circus Gang was a team of circus performers led by the Penguin to commit crimes and to cause mayhem. They appeared at the lighting of the Christmas tree in Gotham Square looking for Max Shreck, who attempted to make a run for it only to be captured by the Penguin and blackmailed to do his bidding. They continued to work for the Penguin up until his plan to destroy Gotham City with an army of penguins armed with missile launchers was foiled by Batman.

Motorcycles hidden under a giant Christmas present float.

Various circus-themed weapons such as an organ grinder that hides a machine gun.
