History

Golden Age

Oracle had the ability to predict the future when he was knocked unconscious. Whenever he made his predictions, Oracle would speak them aloud, but when he became conscious again, he would not remember anything he predicted. Lucky for him, his girlfriend, Lana, would listen to his predictions. Besides his prophetic abilities, Oracle also was skilled with his fists.

Modern Era

Robert Paxton is precognitive, able to see future events through his dreams. He currently resides in a secret level of the Pentagon called Sub-Level Omega. He was not among the people of SMASH in suspended animation.
