History

After leaving his mentor (hinted at, but never explicitly stated to be Batman), Robin left to fight crime on his own. However, this plan was derailed when Starfire crashed to Earth. Along with Cyborg, Beast Boy and Raven, the five of them teamed up to fight off the Citadel. Later they formed the Teen Titans.

Notes

  • This version of Robin is exclusive to the continuity of the Teen Titans animated series and the Teen Titans Go! comic book adaptation.
  • Robin's true identity has never been revealed. Although his costume is styled after the one worn by Tim Drake, his history is patterned after that of the original Robin Dick Grayson.

Trivia

  • In "Mother Mae-Eye", Mother Mae-Eye combs Robin's hair into a style similar to that of Dick Grayson's original appearance as Robin, which he amusingly shakes out.
