Synopsis for "Dark is the Night"

Robin pays a nightly visit to Jason Bard and he asks the private investigator about Robert Langstrom aka Man-Bat. Jason tells Robin about how the animal within the Man-Bat more and more took over through the years. Jason is surprised when Robin tells him that his wife and kids have transformed into Man-Bats as well. But Jason still has the antidote in his refrigerator and hands a portion over to Robin.

In school, Tim prepares a tranquilizer rifle to shoot the antidote at the Man-Bats. But his teacher Miss Bigelow catches Tim with the gun and takes it away. So before going on to hunt the Man-Bats, Tim has to sneak into the room of Miss Bigelow to take back the rifle. Near the river, Robin is successful as he is able to transform Francine Langstrom back into a human. She prevents Robin from shooting at her son because he was born this way. But she pursuades her son to call his Daddy so that Robin is able to transform him and her daughter back to human form. But first it is the hunter called Jaeger who appears with the intention to add the Man-Bat to his trophy list. But in the end, Robin is not only able to hold Jaeger back, but he also successfully hits Man-Bat and his daughter Rebecca with the antidote. Now Robert Langstrom and his wife just have to search for a way to heal their son ...
