HistoryEdit

Rojek and his lifelong friend Smitty grew up in Metropolis's Suicide Slum and developed criminal tendencies in their childhoods. Easily led by Smitty, who had marginally more brains than him, Rojek followed his friend into becoming a professional henchman for various super villains, notably including Metallo and Shockwave. They clashed repeatedly and unsuccessfully with Blue Devil.
