History

Roman Cavallo was a detective at the Gotham City Police Department. He was an unscrupulous man who worked along with Marcus Wise to commit felonies inside the GCPD.

Cavallo and Wise were always following Officer Jamie Harper and blackmailing her with private information. One day, they learned that she had access to Gordon's private files and tried to blackmail her, but she stopped them and beat them inside the GCPD Headquarters, leaving them badly injured.
