History:

Roy had adopted the mantle of Green Arrow and was a member of the Justice League of America. He was stationed on the JLA satellite at the time that Superman-Prime attacked the Earth-15 dimension. Superman chided Roy for being bald, suggesting that he should at least grow a goatee. During the attack, Superman destroyed the satellite and all League members, including Roy, were killed.

Notes:

• Roy's surname is never provided in the source material, but it is reasonable to assume that he existed as an analog to New Earth's Roy Harper. Superman-Prime is the only one who addresses him as Green Arrow.
