Notes
- Joshua Clay mistakenly refers to the "Lakes of Fire" as the punishment for suicides. However, in the Divine Comedy as well as the Pre-Flashpoint continuity, the suicides become trees in The Suicide Forest while River Phlegeton ("The Lake of Fire") is actually the punishment for murderers and tyrants.
