Metamorpho 005
Sapphire Stagg is the wealthy socialite daughter of industrialist Simon Stagg and the girlfriend of super-hero Metamorpho. Her father greatly disapproves of their relationship and frequently tries to end it by putting Metamorpho in danger. Simon instead tried to set her up with his neanderthal manservant Java. Despite this, she would eventually get married to Metamorpho, and they had a son together named Joey Mason. Sapphire Stagg was created by Bob Haney and Ramona Fradon, first appearing in Brave and the Bold #57. (1965)
