Sayeh is the younger sister of Kahina, a seer who worked with the Others.
History
Shortly after her sister's death at the hands of Black Manta, Sayeh began seeing visions too. Unlike her sister, she did not keep the visions secret, which led to her being institutionalized.
She was taken from the asylum by Legend, who wished to use her for her powers. After being rescued by the Others, she joined them for several missions as Sayeh the Seer. When the team disbanded, she returned to Iran to take care of her sister's children.

- Precognition: Sayeh is able to view points in time before they happen, although she doesn't have any control over this.

- Bilingualism: Sayeh speaks both English and Arabic.
- Leadership: Sayeh successfully leads the Iranian super-team the Elite Basu.[1]
