Synopsis for "Operation Sea Terror"
The Sea Devils attend a meeting of a larger international group of Sea Devils, whereupon they learn about an ongoing battle between the mysterious Captain X and a creature known as the Man-Fish. The Sea Devils investigate and learn that the Man-Fish was once a human named Juan Vallambrosa. Juan blamed Captain X for his currently monstrous form. In an effort to avenge himself against Captain X, the Man-Fish attempts to summon a giant monster known as the Horro. Dane Dorrance finds Captain X and boards his Hammerhead submarine, where he discovers that Captain X is actually his father - John Payton. Dane is now at odds with where his loyalties lie, and he sides with his father against the Man-Fish. The other Sea Devils however, have taken sides with the Man-Fish. The Man-Fish succeeds in summoning Horro, and the two opposing factions join together to stop the monster.
