In the future the Dark Knight series portrays, Selina Kyle as an overweight middle aged woman who runs an escort business. She is heard on Bruce's answering machine saying 'Hey, Bruce, it's Selina. I'm lonely.' Later, she is forced by The Joker to give two of her escorts mind controlling lipstick and have them escort the governor and a congressman. Because of her actions the congressman committed suicide, but Batman managed to save the governor. The Joker beat Selina, dressed her in a Wonder Woman costume, tied her up, and left her for Batman to find.
