Senator O'Fallon played a role in the disbanding of the Justice Society of America.

History

Senator O'Fallon took over the Joint Congressional Un-American Activity Committee in 1951, after Joseph McCarthy's untimely death in a car accident. He presided over the hearing that led the Justice Society of America to disband in 1951. He died shortly afterwards, under mysterious circumstances.

Notes

• Senator O'Fallon and the JCUAC are the Earth-Two versions of Joseph McCarthy and the HUAC. In real life, McCarthy did not die in a car crash in 1951, but in 1957 from hepatitis.
• This version of Senator O'Fallon, including all history and corresponding appearances, was erased from existence following the collapse of the original Multiverse in the 1985–86 Crisis on Infinite Earths event and later restored following the rebirth of the infinite Multiverse during the Dark Crisis of 2022-2023. Even though other versions of the character may have appeared, this information does not apply to those versions.
