Synopsis for Wonder Woman: "The Secret Submarine"

Following her detainment on Paradise Island, Priscilla is returned to Man's World, with orders to recompense all the women she'd victimized as the Cheetah. Though Wonder Woman - and thus, Diana - is optimistic about Priscilla's reformation, Steve remains skeptical, especially when the Navy reports its latest submarine stolen by an assailant whose methodology closely resembles the Cheetah's.

While a concerned Diana phones Priscilla, Steve is suddenly attacked by the Cheetah, who promptly flees when Diana comes to his aid. Subsequently, Diana changes into Wonder Woman and pursues the Cheetah to the Rich Estate, where she finds the villainess strangling Priscilla. As the Cheetah escapes again, Wonder Woman administers first aid to Priscilla; once recovered, Priscilla explains her attacker was her vengeful ex-slave Sandra, who adopted the Cheetah identity and stole the submarine to disgrace Priscilla.

In truth, however, Sandra acted entirely on Priscilla's orders; in spite of Wonder Woman's hopes, Priscilla has once again succumbed to her Cheetah personality, and reassembled her slave-gang. The next morning, the still-feigning Priscilla takes Wonder Woman and Etta out to sea, claiming to have "found" the stolen submarine. When her "guests" drop their guard, the Cheetah traps them inside the submarine, which she has converted into her personal lair.

By threatening to torture Etta, the Cheetah forces Wonder Woman to accept enslavement, and dance in heavy chains. Once again sensing her captor's insecurities, Wonder Woman deliberately trips and stumbles, encouraging the Cheetah to flaunt her own dancing skills. When all her slaves - including Wonder Woman and Etta - applaud her dance, the Cheetah's complex recedes, and Priscilla regains control. Unfortunately, her mind is too exhausted to properly steer the submarine, which quickly runs aground.

As the submarine floods, Wonder Woman breaks her bonds and tows it to the surface - and eventually, to a safe harbor. After the Cheetah's captives have been freed, Wonder Woman leads Priscilla back to Army Intelligence Headquarters, where Priscilla confesses her latest crimes and once again requests Amazon reformation - which Wonder Woman earnestly grants.
