History
The Seven Shadows were the short-lived superhero team that operated in Chicago during the World War II era. They were attempting to apprehend Johnny Sorrow at a Chicago movie theater but never got their chance to make their mark on human history as six of their seven members had all died after experiencing Sorrow's fatal gaze upon the removal of his mask. This left Louis Sendak, the Scarab, the only surviving member of the dreadful ordeal. Recently, Sorrow made a reappearance and finished the job by using the Scarab to bring the King of Tears' return, which killed the hero.
