This third Shaggy Man was created by Lex Luthor to strengthen his Injustice League. Him along with the Injustice League was arrested by Amanda Waller and her Task Force X. Whereabouts are currently unknown.
Powers and Abilities
Powers
Superhuman Strength: The Shaggy Man is probably one of the strongest beings on the planet.
Invulnerability: can easily withstand the rigors of space.
Regeneration: The Shaggy Man could re-grow any severed limbs and recover from any injury in seconds.
Self-Sustenance: Doesn't need food, water, air or sleep to survive.
Adaptation: He constantly adapts to forms of attack. After experiencing one form of attack he learns how to resist it in the future.
