Captain Sondra Crain was a time cop from the year 2083 her mission was to prevent Henry Henshaw from becoming Cyborg Superman. When that failed she was send to Coast City hours before it was destroyed by Mongul. Thanks to the help or prevention of Booster Gold and his sidekick Skeets she was only able to save one person from the disaster, a four year old girl named Gracey Greene
