Synopsis for "Blood-Suckers"
A group of Hollywood's most powerful people gathers at a mansion. The butler arrives with the "buffet"—four people. The Hollywood executives bare their fangs and devour the people. Later, they sit around a table and discuss their situation: they have succeeded in improving the vampire's image, because they have been careful in who they preyed upon. However, a film star named Esteban Cruz (who is not present at the meeting) has been careless in this regard.
In New York, Nate Kane and Jim Corrigan investigate a murder. As the Spectre, Corrigan knows that the victim was Genevieve Dumont, a vampire who got what was coming to her. Corrigan leaves the scene to find Cruz, who he knows turned Dumont into a vampire. Kane is frustrated because he has been left with all the paperwork.
The Hollywood executives call Cruz, who is in New York. Cruz makes no apologies for turning so many others into vampires.
At police headquarters, Nate Kane sees a newspaper article that says Cruz has recently purchased a condo on the Upper West Side. Kane decides to seek out Cruz, hoping he can annoy Corrigan by finding him first.
A large, mysterious man kills the doorman at Cruz's condo and makes his way upstairs. Inside, Cruz is being interviewed by a reporter named Ms. Jops. Cruz explains that his recent odd behavior is due to the fact that he is a vampire. He then attacks Ms. Jops just as the large, mysterious man breaks down the door.
At police headquarters, Jim Corrigan sees Kane's newspaper and realizes that Kane has gone to Cruz's condo.
Kane enters the condo and finds Cruz struggling with the large man. Then the Spectre appears and says he will render justice. He takes the two men within his cape and brings them to another realm. Cruz tells the Spectre that his agent, Sherry Lapeer, was the one who turned him into a vampire. The Spectre demands to know her phone number.
In Hollywood, the group of vampires is sitting around a table waiting to hear from they man they sent to kill Cruz. The phone rings, and the Spectre comes out of the receiver. The Spectre then brings each of the Hollywood vampires into a film. There, they meet their fates; one is killed by zombies, another is eaten by a giant insect, and others die strapped to a fiery windmill.
