Synopsis for Unknown Soldier: "Remittance Man!"

The man only known as the "Remittance Man" has been radioing messages to the Allies on the location of Imperial Japanese ships. But the message stopped when the Remittance Man is apparently killed in repeated mortar attacks by the Japanese. The Allies have the Unknown Soldier to replace the Remittance Man and finish one more important message.

The Unknown Soldier infiltrate a Japanese-held island where the Remittance Man's last sending station is located before proceeding to take the radioman's place. The Japanese on the island are soon shocked to hear the Soldier's voice on their radios and making them believe the Remittance Man is alive. Japanese Colonel Tanaka orders his men to scour the entire island.

For the next several days, the Unknown Soldier avoids the Japanese and leaving notes behind to mock Colonel Tanaka until an American invasion force arrive to the island. The Unknown Soldier hid in the Remittance Man's cave where he broadcast to U.S. Navy ships to destroy the Japanese's hidden gun emplacements. Just then, the Unknown Soldier is surprise to find the Remittance Man, who has been hiding in a reserve cave behind the main cave. The Unknown Soldier finish his last messages to the American invasion force in wiping out Tanaka's forces.
