-- Starfire src

Starfire was a crimelord with global-conquering aspirations. Before launching her plans, though, she needed to get the superheroes out of the way. Her minion Doctor Kangle developed a power-removing pill, and she decided to test it on Supergirl. She gave her henchman Derek Ames orders to administer Supergirl the capsule, and then kill her. However the pill only worked partially, making all or some of Supergirl's powers come and go.

Starfire clashed with Supergirl several times, setting up all kind of elaborate schemes and complex traps until the Maid of Might managed to capture her and turn her in.

  • This version of Starfire, including all history and corresponding appearances, was erased from existence following the collapse of the original Multiverse in the 1985–86 Crisis on Infinite Earths limited series. Even though versions of the character may have since appeared, this information does not apply to those versions.
