Synopsis for "Say Farewell to Wall Street"

Team Achilles teleport to Wall Street and are greet with gunfire from Citizen Soldier's men. With the team work of Charles Pickney and Flint, they are able to eliminate their attackers. However, one of the attackers, who is dead, rises up and fires a rocket on them. Fortunately, Flint caught it and dispose it. She then neutralize the shooter by throwing a piece of concrete at him. Realizing that Citizen Soldier has a superhuman who can manipulate the dead, Santini orders his team to be ready and enters the New York Stock Exchange.

Upon arriving inside, Team Achilles finds every stockbroker inside already dead and pose as they were before on the riot on television. They encounter Citizen Soldier himself. Santini has his team flank Citizen Soldier and demands the terrorist why he is doing this. Citizen Soldier explains that he is leading a rebellion against a corrupted American government. He then notice Santini's tactic, and effortlessly attacking and defeating nearly every Stormwatch member, which Citizen Soldier knows very well of them including their names. Santini then realizes that Citizen Soldier's presence in Wall Street is nothing but a mere distraction. Citizen Soldier concur, revealing that his intended target was JP Morgan Chase and the Bank of New York and his men have already destroyed the banks and its records, allowing the loss of banking services to cause serious damage on America's economy. Thus having the American people to lose their faith on their nation's financial institution. Santini ask again from Citizen Soldier for his purpose. Citizen Soldier clarify that he is destroying the very American government that had become subversive in corruption, such as allowing former Klansman Patrick Kent to run America, and that he (Citizen Soldier) is no different from Santini. Even when having losing their people, such as Blake Coleman. Defeated, Santini calls Stormwatch to retreat.

Just as they left, Citizen Soldier contacts his follower, Jumpmaster, in teleporting himself and his followers back to their headquarters. Shortly after this, Team Achilles return. The team had faked their retreat and had Citizen Soldier secretly scanned and videotaped, capturing his teleportation signatures and allowing Tefibi to pinpoint of where Citizen Soldier and his people would strike next in the future.
