History
Sunshine Sanitarium is a mental health facility located in Opal City. It's most famous patient is Thom Kallor, the time-displaced super-hero known as Starman. Starman voluntarily admitted himself to Sunshine Sanitarium after a haphazard time-traveling jaunt to Earth-22 rendered him insane. To hear him speak, the staff of Sunshine Sanitarium are very accommodating and they apparently serve a rather exemplary lunch on Wednesdays.
