Superboy makes a bet that Lana Lang cannot keep his identity secret for 48 hours, and, to test her, assumes the identity of “Hank Harris” and lets Lana and her father know he is secretly Superboy. Lana passes the test, and, as agreed upon, collects an autograph from Superboy revealing his secret identity. But Superboy has written “Clark Kent” in Kryptonese, which Lana cannot read.
