Synopsis for "Searching..."

Over a month has passed since the fiasco of Superboy: The Event. No one has seen Superboy since. Roxy uses all her police contacts to investigate his disappearance. She contacts the Justice League, Batman, the Legion of Superheroes, the Teen Titans, Steel, and the Alpha Centurion, but no one has any ideas as to where the Kid is at. Sam Makoa has been ordered not to investigate, but he does manage to secure Roxy a prison interview with Knockout, but KO hasn't seen him either.

In desperation, she contacts Tana Moon, who can only report that, in addition to there being a lot of negative public feedback about the Kid, that she is leaving Hawaii for a new job. She hasn't heard anything about Superboy. Both women realize that they will miss the other. Back at the Compound, Dubbilex gets a telepathic order from Guardian--he's been recalled to Project Cadmus, since SB is no longer there and there is about to be some restructuring at the Project. Before he leaves, he sends a message to Anya, letting her know that everything is alright.

Roxy is now alone at The Compound, worried about Superboy and her dad, since Rex has been missing all this time also. A letter arrives from Rex--he's in trouble and needs SB's help. Roxy asks Hillary to watch Krypto, since she's the only one left to rescue her dad now.
