  • The Crystal of Catastrophe in the first story, is the key to the dilemma in Superboy's first solo story in Adventure Comics #453.
  • Bouncing Boy lost his inflatable powers in Superboy #200. In this back-up story his powers are restored, but he wants to remain a Legion reservists.
