Synopsis for "Fast & Faster"

The issue starts with a flashback showing the arrival of H'el on Earth, staggering bloody from his wrecked ship and collapsing on a Himalayan snowy slope. His arrival is witnessed by the Stormfront Horn-Blower that signals the coming of the Oracle.

Flash manages to break in the Fortress of Solitude to rescue Supergirl. Unfortunately Supergirl still believes H'el's intentions are good and doesn't know that he looks to destroy Earth to save Krypton, so she tries to throw Flash out. Flash fights her for a while before telling her H'el is using her. Unfortunately he doesn't explain anything about H'el's plan, and after their initial fight, Kara isn't in the mood for listening.

They reanudate their battle, during which Kara states she doesn't want to hurt anyone but she will do anything to stop him, and Flash decides to do whatever it takes to get her out and bring her in.

Their fight is cut short when H'el abruptly shows up, teleports Flash away to the Justice League Watchtower, and shows Kara his very own and newly-built time machine: the Star Chamber.
