Synopsis for "Evil Factory!"
Superman, Jimmy Olsen, and the Newsboy Legion leave the Mountain of Judgment and are admitted to the DNA Project, a secret government cloning base that created the Hairies through genetic engineering. They discover that the original Newsboy Legion members and Flippa-Dippa’s father are employed there, and that Jimmy Olsen clones are employed as guards. But Simyan and Mokkari, two of Darkseid’s agents, have a rival project underway, and they send their first warrior against Superman and his friends: a giant, rampaging Jimmy Olsen clone with Kryptonite-impregnated skin. The giant Olsen defeats Superman and begins destroying the DNA Project. In response, Tommy of the original Newsboy Legion releases the clone of the deceased Guardian, their mentor, and the new Golden Guardian swings into action against their foe.
