History
A team of men from the bottle city of Kandor. During times when Superman was in trouble, this group of Kandorians would come to Superman's rescue. Similarly garbed in Superman outfits, they would be granted with the typical powers Kryptonians gain when on Earth when they leave the bottle city.
Paraphernalia
Equipment:
This squad wore costumes similar to Superman, which presumably had the same sort of invulnerability as Superman's costume did on Earth.
Transportation:
The Superman Emergency Squad used a rocket ship to travel outside of Kandor and around Earth.
