Synopsis for the 1st Story
The Tiny Titans are having a snowball fight in the Fortress of Solitude until one snowball thrown to Superboy’s face causes his last baby tooth to fall off. Supergirl declares it a Tooth Fairy Party, a Kryptonian tradition, to celebrate. She and Starfire decorate the Fortress with hundreds of plush toys that were mysteriously delivered to the Fortress one day. Superboy and Beast Boy open a mysterious package delivered to the Fortress and find a complete set of Justice League action figures. All these toys were delivered by Toyman, a supervillain who wants revenge against Superman for embarrassingly insisting that Toyman buy extra batteries for his remote control plane when the two crossed paths at the toy store.
Superman, absent from the Fortress because he went to buy burgers, quickly figures out Toyman’s involvement in this mess. Outside the Fortress, Toyman initiates his endgame: a massive robot dinosaur. The Super-Pets fight the dinosaur and Toyman loses balance and falls into the Fortress. Just as Toyman’s victory seems certain, his toys suddenly lose power. Superman taunts him over his unwillingness to buy extra batteries. Later, the Super-Pets deliver the toy dinosaur to the Batcave as a gift to Batman’s pets. Comet expresses admiration towards Batcow, much to everyone’s confusion.
During the battle with Toyman, a small robot bug, featuring the same symbol on Metallo’s armor, infiltrated the Fortress and is intercepted by a space station with the symbol of the House of El emblazoned on its front. Its crewmen, three elemental creatures, discuss their intentions to confront the Superman Family.
Meanwhile at jail, Luthor, disguised as a prison guard, gives Toyman a piece of green Kryptonite and requests his help to destroy the Superman Family.
