Synopsis for the 1st Story

Jean Loring is accidentally shrunk by one of Ray Palmer’s old devices to six inches in height and Norman Brawler and Paul Hoben take her to Brazil in search of the Atom. At the same time, the Atom is in search of the bird-riding Skul-Riders who have kidnapped Laethwyn on behalf of their master, Tobul.
