Synopsis for "...Those Who Worship Evil's Might..."

A shadow of pure blackness descends upon the planet Oa, draining all of the Master Battery's energy and taking three members of the Guardians of the Universe.

Only six from the Green Lantern Corps have fully charged rings. After paring off into three teams, they begin their search for the three kidnapped Guardians.

Soon enough, one team realizes they're up against Maaldor, the Almighty, who has broken free from his "dimension beyond time."

While on their search, the other four have been mysteriously transported elsewhere through an opened warp tunnel and must work together to escape. Touching their rings together, the largest member, Arkkis Chummuck, is able to puncture through the "warp trap" by absorbing everyone's ring energy. He instantly appears where his two allies are battling Maaldor.

The three others are no longer trapped either, and they follow Arkkis to combat their common foe.

Going head-to-head, Arkkis continues to absorb more energy, trying to drain Maaldor's power, but his body can not tolerate anymore. Realizing he's dying, Arkkis gives one last attempt and both he and Maaldor disintegrate in a blink of an eye.

The universe is normal again. Maaldor is destroyed and Arkkis's ring will be passed onto his successor.
