Unidentified Villian at Mannheim's Gathering

There is a novelization of "52" written by Greg Rucka, who was also one of the writers of this issue. While he changed a few details here and there, the outline of villains attending Mannheim's meeting he gives in the book includes:

• Sewer King (real name given as Wendell Lewis)
• Kite-Man
• "Silk" Jefferson (a renamed Rawson, described as having a twisted neck)
• Mirage
• Magpie
• Ventriloquist
• Squid
• John "The Butcher" Morgan
• Ginjer Bread
• and... Carl "Junior" Grissom.
