Complete/Incomplete Covers[]
#26 can't be listed because it's only a textless cover. Okay... - It's added to the gallery when someone adds the dressed cover. Only in extreme cases, such as miniseries or ignored series, should the template be added to the category. --Tupka217 17:02, December 30, 2013 (UTC)

- Just my 2¢ but Tupka covered both:
- Add the cover when a dressed image - print or digital - has been uploaded to the site.
- {{Replace cover}} only gets tacked into a cover gallery on very rare occasions. Mostly those where a textless cover was placed and no one noticed it shouldn't have been.
- Since issue 26 is not supposed to be available until tomorrow (Dec 31), a copy of the dressed image is not legitimately available. The spread here can wait the ~24 hours - or more if things get delayed and it is not on sale until Jan 2 - until someone uploads that image.
