Betty and Veronica?[]

While I'm sure that the final page in this issue is likely a wink to Betty and Veronica, is there anything that says for certain that this is them? --Brian Kurtz 21:34, 16 May 2009 (UTC)

Well the time frame for it makes sense. And honestly if they weren't recognised as a wink to Archie comics they wouldn't be in this issue summary as 1952 girl at the drive-tru #1 and #2 they don't ad much to the plot, but give us a little smile. So yes, logical these two girls are not them but resemble the two girls (but how else to call them?) anything more and DC would have a lawsuit with Archie Comics I assume. I was thinking of calling there pages Cameo:Betty Cooper and Cameo:Veronica Lodge (same goes for the Fantastic Four, but I think i wrote that well enough) Or else Cameo: Archie and Friends.
Ps. As a none American I don't feel I have a last say in this matter, I only know the comic by reputation. --Ouroborosi 06:13, 17 May 2009 (UTC)
If nothing is directly said, then maybe we don't need pages for them? Maybe the trivia section could have a notation that says The waitresses at the end of the issue are a clear nod to Betty Cooper and Veronica Lodge of Archie Comics fame. The team going into space is a reference to Marvel Comics' Fantastic Four. That's really all we need, I think. If they later become better established, then by all means we'll need pages for them, but until then... not every single appearance character has to have their own page.
