Earth 4 houses the original carlton chara's right?
that is a problem as the DC had be knowned to kill terrorist and the orginal P.M. agording to wiki source never killed not even the bad guys if he got the change.

- The Charlton characters originally had no connection to the DC Universe. Then in 1984 or '85, as part of the Crisis on Infinite Earths, they were said to reside on Earth-Four (spelled out). After COIE, characters based-on (or inspired by) the Charlton ones were integrated into the New Earth retconned history. DC took a lot of liberties with their new characters, with some like Captain Atom getting a complete rewrite. If we had more info on Peacemaker, we might be able to justify having separate articles for them, like Cap, but right now there's just not enough to fill one, much less two, articles.
