Does Countdown still count in the DCU? I only ask because of the many inconsistencies between the various Countdown series, Final Crisis, and many Post-Countdown books. If you remember the Charlton Comics Earth 4 Captain Atom was killed by Monarch, but in the later Final Crisis: Superman Beyond series, Captain Atom was a Doctor Manhattan pastiche from Earth 4. So again I wonder if some kind of not should be made in the article.
