I haven't read through enough to be an expert but I've read through enough to know about Donna after she had been redesigned (I.E: When Wally was tasked with bringing her back to life based on his memories). I don't remember her having Photonic Energy Manipulation or using it, neither do I remember her having Memory Projection or Darkness and Cold Manipulation. If she had these powers during her time on New Chronus? Or wherever these powers came from if she no longer has them can we say that? (Formlery Memory Project), it might confuse people to say she has these powers and having to ask them to read the article or description throughly to see she no longer has them.
