Good or bad

The Force of July were not actually villains and shouldn't really be regarded as bad. With the exception of the original Major Victory, however, they certainly weren't heroes by inclination, they simply followed orders. I'd class them as neutral. Tony ingram (talk) 07:43, July 5, 2013 (UTC)
