Can I say that it is "debatable" that the Spectre seen throughout Kingdom is James Corrigan, only. Two separate individuals, but are the same man that Norman McCay got along together to the very end.--Drgyen (talk) 06:43, June 14, 2013 (UTC)

The story makes no mention of "Aztar" and the Spectre is like a "Angel" and that the Spectre is just Jim Corrigan (who has lost contact to his humanity in his time as a higher being)! Tomob 17:10 15/06/2013.

The name Aztar is conjectural, so whether it's used or not is irrelevant. Aztar is the spirit, Jim his host body. They're a gestalt. That's always tricky. --Tupka217 16:15, June 15, 2013 (UTC)

That's the mainstream "Bronze Age" version, Though this version of the Spectre says he needs a "soul to be anchored with" hence why he's with Norman McCay but in the end Norman clearly pointed out the fact he was a human soul (singular!) and the true reason for Norman's involvement was because Jim has lost his humanity.
