South Africa on Earth-Two[]
On Earth-Two, South African apartheid either never existed or had come to an end before 1976. In 1976, when Dick Grayson visited there as the U.S. Ambassador to the U.N., it was shown that South Africa was ruled by black politicians, and in at least one fancy restaurant the patrons were black while the waiters and busboys were white. (See All-Star Comics #58.)
