Mary Marvel (Earth-5)[]
Why is Mary Marvel listed here as a version of Supergirl? Did I miss something? If anything it's another universe-version for Mary Batson, not Kara-Zor El. Someone give me the rundown?

First Supergirl[]
Why don't we acknowledge Supergirl's first appearance as the one in Superman Vol 1 123? I know it was supposed to be non-canon but that was her first appearance alright...imaginary or not. It's obvious that the Kara Zor-El Supergirl was based on that one, so I think it should be cleared out in some way. -S.S. (talk) 04:42, December 3, 2014 (UTC) (Anyone??)

The actual first Supergirl[]
I'm reading Superman in the Forties and I just learned of the very first Supergirl story that appeared in Superboy #5 in 1949. It was titled "Superboy Meets Supergirl" and it features an athletic teen monarch named Lucy who travels to Smallville and takes on the alias of Lucy Regent. Showing herself adept at athletics and beating up criminals, she and Superboy put on a show of strength and prowess in which she dons the S and is directly called Supergirl. Her powers are simulated by Superboy, however. Just a one-off character but she should probably be added to the list somewhere. Overgirl[]
There's a page for Overgirl (Earth-10) and another Red Link page for Kara (Earth-10) although it's the same character and The Multiversity: Mastermen Vol 1 1 confirmed Overgirl's name is Kara. I guess there're two possible solutions: creating a Kara (Earth-10) page copy/pastying Overgirl's information and then cutting the Overgirl page or renaming/redirecting Overgirl (Earth-10) to Kara (Earth-10). Powergirl[]
