Missing Turtle[]
"The original Turtle was an enemy to Jay Garrick during the Golden Age." <== This version of the Turtle is actually missing from the infobox of the disambiguation page, where the oldest Flash-villain-Turtle's career is labelled as having started in 1985. He's mentioned in the text, but not depicted. The villain in the infobox, under the "Former" tab, doesn't look like the Turtle who clashed with the Flash in All-Flash #21 (Winter 1945) and in Flash Comics #102 (Dec 1948). No reason to think that there's a separate Golden Age Turtle on Prime Earth[]
Given that the modern Turtle and Golden Age Turtle are the same guy on New Earth and Prime Earth Turtle is explicitly extremely long-lived, I don't think it makes any sense to assume that they're separate people on Prime Earth.
