I'm torn on whether to put Skeeter Boyd in the "Villains" section for this issue. "Who Killed Myndi Mayer?" strongly implies he was Armbruster's inside-man at the fair. - We generally go with the portrayal/characterization shown in the story. If a bad guy/villain doesn't act against the heroes, then it can go either on Supporting or Other characters, depending on their role in the story. - S.S. (talk) 04:11, January 20, 2017 (UTC)
