HistoryEdit

On his first mission as a Green Lantern Tarkus Whin discovered that star 196 the class 4 sun near his sector edge became unstable. As he planned to evacuate the nearby planet the sun collabsed and turned into a Black Hole. As the pressure killed him the Green Lantern Ring left him to search for a new Lantern making his corps property of the Spider Guild.^[1]

Tarkus was discovered by his replacement Soranik Natu who provided his burial service

He is later shown to be memorialized in the Crypts of the Green Lantern Corps.^[2]
