History

She eagerly sought a political marriage between her son, Prince De'cine, and Maxima in an effort to gain control of Almerac.

Tech'tra had a fondness for cyborgs and kept a menagerie of cybernetically enhanced creatures. Of all the cyborgs in her collection, the mercenary B'aad was considered her favorite.
