History

The 10th Circle were an ancient race of Vampires who kept their presence secret to the world. Crucifer, one of their leaders, brought them to the attention of the Justice League and the Doom Patrol when they began abducting children. Although a number of Leaguers were captured and put under the vampire's spell, they were eventually defeated.
