HistoryEdit

Theodore Kord was a talented machinist who was recruited by Booster Gold in making a hand-held gatling gun for extra firepower in fighting against the villainous Maxwell Lord. Kord and Booster joined up with Sheriff Diana Prince and the Justice Riders to help defeat Lord. Kord uses his steam-wagon, the Schooner, to defeat Lord by crash it into Lord's weapon, "Lord Havoc".

After Lord's arrest, Kord was dismayed when the Justice Riders decided to breakup and expressing that they could have been a great team to fight for "truth, justice and the American way". He later tells his story about the Riders to dime novelist Clark Kent in order to sell his accounts to buy materials to build a new Schooner.
