The Thought-Terror was a hypnotist who tricked people into believing him as a foreseer who can predict their future and mesmerizing them to carry out the future he predicted for them, mainly forcing them to committing various crimes. The hypnotist soon gained the attention of the hero Hawkman; in which he with help from his love interest Shiera defeated the Thought-Terror by using a shield as a mirror that put him under his own hypnosis.

- This version of Thought-Terror (Earth-Two), including all history and corresponding appearances, was erased from existence following the collapse of the Multiverse in the 1985-86 Crisis on Infinite Earths limited series and is now considered apocryphal.
