History

A meteor from another dimension entered the parallel reality of Earth-C and crash-landed on the planet. The fragments of the meteor produced waves of radiation which endowed several individuals with super-powers including, Timmy Terrapin. Timmy became the super-hero known as Fastback and joined with Cap'n Carrot and his Zoo Crew.
